Glasshouse Downtown is a purpose-built event venue in the heart of LOWER MANHATTAN. Featuring one dedicated VIP arrival level plus two primary event floors — Floor 01 as Lobby and VIP entrance. Floor 02 and Floor 03 as the primary event floors — the venue offers combined capacity for 1,500 guests and is designed from the ground up for high-performance events — product launches, investor conferences, annual summits, and everything in between.


Every surface, system, and square foot is precision-engineered. Opening in early 2028, Glasshouse Downtown joins the Glasshouses family of NYC venues and is already accepting priority booking inquiries for launch-year events.

The Soundstage spans the entire eastern footprint, engineered for keynotes, product launches, awards ceremonies, and large-format corporate dinners. A retractable partition system divides the space into three independent zones, each with its own A/V stack.
